10-12 ft deep isnt very shallow! I Ride in an average of 8ft deep and my xstar throws a bigger wake than that. Shallow water is 5ft or less in my opinion

I just bought a silverado crew cab with the 4.8 about 2 months ago. The truck is awesome! Its really good on gas too. My father owns a Mastercraft dealership and I pick up and deliver boats for him...

I am sure if there is a manufacturing defect with your boat that your local dealer should back you up. If they are not backing you up that tells me maybe they see it a little different than you want...
