Problem with soundsystem. Help!

I just had new amps, speakers put on boat. It sounded great at the stereo place but when I got on the water with the engine on a there was a whining noise. What is the problem? Please help!

They are a great dealership. THey sell Malibu and MB which is making a great product. Mike and the crew give great customer service as does Derek in Rancho Cordova. They give fair and good prices...
