DO NOT buy an Epic. **** boat. Period. Take a look at an MB. If you're looking at Moomba/Axis, you should take a look at MB. They are quality boats. A 2015 F21 can be had for less than 60k.

It's not surprising that the gauge is not moving since the pump doesn't seem to be running. You need to first check to see if you are getting power to the pump (using a voltmeter, test light, etc.)....
