Deep Six scuba gloves. We wear them in water temps as low as 40 degrees. They work awesome.

I've got some pre-curved neoprene paddling gloves from REI that work very nicely.

I wear a pair of HO wakeboard gloves that are great for cold water or after four days of straight boarding and your hands are crap.
