This crash video is from a compilation of footage I've accumulated over the past season. Enjoy.

Steven

http://www.wakepics.com/view_single.php?medid=9138

nice video steven. what codec did you use? the quality is nice. of course it's runninga near 5MB/min, but still - looks very clean. man i love watching necrasson, even when he's crashing. he gets so much pop ts.

I used sorrensen video 3. Glad you liked the video.

What other codec's has everyone used that work well?

deepstructure 09-30-2003 12:14 PM

i think the sorensen 3 codec is excellent, and i've see it used quite a bit, but in premiere i can't get any good options for quicktime audio compression - what did you use for the audio?

i've been exported as a window media file - media 8 for 384k lan or one of those settings - the preset ones that are part of premiere's output package.

(Message edited by deepstructure on September 30, 2003)

Bill J suggested using Quicktime to compress my video. It included sorensen video 3 and qdesign music for audio compression. I've also had luck with windows movie make for compressing large files as well. This "Falling" AVI file was compressed with windows movie maker. For better quality it is essential to begin with a large, high quality avi file. That way when it's compressed, your quality is only effected minimally. Check out my web-site and check out my other video's.

www.StevenHahn.com

Steven
