I whad an OJ Legend 4 Blade and it vibrated and cavitated alot. I hit a stick in the lake and bent it. I was really bummed about having to buy a new prop. So I bought an ACME and I'm riding in a Cadillac. I could not believe the difference this prop made. It plane out faster it did not vibrate or anything. It was so smooth. <BR>

did you go with a 3 or 4 blade Acme? I heard they have made huge improvements with 3 blades.

I went with the 4 blade. However, I have heard great things about their 3 blade as well.

I had a similar issue last year. One thing I couldn't believe was the cavitation. I would get it sometimes when we were weighted too heavy in the rear. For some reason it doesn't happen anymore. I did go from a 14x20 to a 13.5x17.5 and that could have been all the difference. The acme was supper smooth.
