Replacing a panel on cargo trailer
 

I am wondering if anyone has replaced an exterior panelon a cargo trailer. I am buying a used Continental cargo trailer and there is one panel that is damaged near the bottom. The skin is actually cut , not just dented. Rather than covering it with a diamond plate panel I am wondering how to go about replacing the damaged panel.
