Good video, key on those squats movements is keeping good form. you can really get your knees in bad postiions going down that low and not watching form.

Mike is definitely big on training and flexibility. You should see him tread water and empty the 5 gallon water jug, I drown just thinking about it. Stay loose and limber, build up your legs and core and ride!

Oh Yhea... I will out stretch Mikey to a beer any day of the week. He may have drop knee grab, but I can chug a beer, with another in each hand and still not tear a muscle...Heck just he fact I weigh 300 lbs and go upside should make me rip every muscle in my body. Thanx to beer and the delta, I believe i have super immunity and a certain mysterious power...
