The whole Whey protein thread had me thinking about other supplements. <BR> <BR>Anyone use recovery supplements? <BR> <BR>How about pre-work out? <BR> <BR>I've been using both protein and recovery supplements since I've started working out quite religiously. I tend to use recovery supplements after a good day of wakeboarding as well. I just find that my body bounces back a bit quicker. I'm not a fan of the pre-workout stuff.
