Does anyone have any tips to help with lens fogging when going from AC in the house to outside high humidity and heat? We were at the beach and I was wanting to take some shots of our daughter on the beach, but the camera was fogging up and it took a long time, sometimes an hour or so before it got aclimated....

Billy quit boozing so much! All you need to do is seperate your lens from your camera body and put each in their own ziploc baggies. This will allow them to acclimate to the temperature change with ease and you'll be shooting in 5-10 minutes

Thanks for the help.... It was really bad when we were at the beach... It fogged so bad at one point it would not even take a picture... It is my first DSLR (Canon 40D with 28-135 lens) so I am still learning so any tips would be great. Especially any extras. I do not have a Lens hood, filters, or external flash or anything yet... Thanks.
