Has anyone injured/torn their PCL? Last year I tore my MCL and PCL. After going to a ton of specialists, I opted out of surgery and just did the physical therapy. I also got a nice brace. Apparently the surgery for a PCL tear is not a guaranteed success and has a long recovery time(about a year)...much longer than an ACL surgery.

It's been about a year now since my injury. The knee feels pretty good but I'm starting to experience more pain when I'm active. Anyone go through this injury or surgery? Any advice?

I tore my PCL playing soccer 6 years ago. I had surgery it was about 8 months before I started playing soccer competitively again, but probably closer to 12-14 months before it was 100% again. I'm glad I got the surgery, haven't really had any problems with it besides getting the staples removed.
