I have the canon hv30. i plug in the firewire cable to the computer, its a brand new firewire card, and turn the camera to play then plug the firewire cable into the camera...it makes the connected noise, shows thats its connected on the camera screen but nothing comes up to let me import. i open cyberlink power directer to import from there but i dont know where to import from, it doesnt give me the option. any ideas? usually a box comes up that says where do you want to save or open? but nothin comes up for this
