I'm not interested in applying for the position but I can give you one BIG pointer that is a huge problem with your site - it's all done in Flash! <BR> <BR>Bots (from google, yahoo, msn, etc) cannot read any of your content on your site. You need to convert your site to use flash for banners and graphics first and foremost.

Al too true. The major brands that do not care about SEO (because it happens naturally...) use flash, so this is most likely why you used flash. Flash is written in a code format that loads evertything initially and then keeps the "same" page up. THis same page changes to the user, but everything from a code/setup standpoint is the same; Therefor a google bot or other search engine spiders cannot "crawl" your page and get the necessary information. <BR> <BR>There are ways to get some SEO on Flash sites, but it is comparitively way less effective. <BR> <BR>Good luck in your search!
