I have read a few of the posts about what board to get but can not come up with which one to buy.

I am 6'2" 215 lbs. I was told to get a larger board but not been told the specifics. I have also been told that if you buy the right board you will not have to buy another one ever. Island surfer has been thrown around when I am asking for info but I have found alot of Hyperlites at a good price....any info would be greatly appreciated...Thanks

Try the Hyperlite Landlock 5'11. It is a fun cruiser board. I surf with this board and my 4 year old nephew rides on the front. You can also make wide outside carves and pull back into the pocket. Fun and a easy board to learn on IMO.
