I am at the University of Louisville and am interested in starting a Wakeboard Club/Team. I ride in Kentucky INT and NWL and want to stack a school club together to promote the sport. I have an idea how to approach it through my school but wouldn't mind some local or general input on how to approach the student and general public with the idea. Any help would be great. Thanks

Ryan, I'm a new student at Ohio State and we already have waterski/wakeboard club. I'd like to do as much as I can to improve to collegiate wakeboarding scene in the midwest. I could put you in contact with our club president if you need information on how to start up the club. And until then, I would suggest finding a few good wakeboarders at your school that are also interested and make it happen. Check out my other post about starting an intercollegiate event in our area... <a href="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/102954/556683.html?1205346716" target="_blank">http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/102954/556683.html?1205346716</a>

Ryan - Here are some pics in front of Joes Crab Shack on the river back in 05. The Coast Guard shut the whole river down for us.<img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/102954/566836.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/102954/566837.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/102954/566838.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/102954/566839.jpg" alt="Upload">
