The factory upholstery shop at Sanger is "Upholstery by Wayne". The number is (559)233-1960. 3316 Annadale Ave. Fresno,Ca 93725

It's a three year warranty. They will take care of you.

I have the same problem as well. I heard from my dealer who indicated that the Sanger rep told him it was a one year warranty and that my problems are "wear and tear". So unfortunately, it seems like they won't take care of me.

I'd be interested in hearing from others who have the same problem and their respectice solutions....

I had the same problem on my '02 V210 (see below) and tried a trick recommended in several threads here on WW. Use super glue and push the seams together as it dries. This fix worked like a charm (although I don't have after pictures) and is still going strong after a full heavy summer of use.

My Sanger Owners Manual says three years so I don't know why they're telling you one year. My 06 V210 is having the same issue and is getting corrected under warranty this winter...
My 05 V210 has the same tears as shown in your pictures. The stitching is coming apart on the back seat too. I tried e-mailing Sanger and didn't get a response. The dealer I bought it from is in Reno and I live in Idaho. I'll try calling the number that Dave posted.
Maybe Sanger needs to go back to their old uhpolstery guy, because my '99 with 590 hours on it, has no seam problems at all... go figure
Well, they've had the same guy doing interiors for the last 30 some odd years... I think it's got to do more with the materials chosen than who is sewing it...
Sparky, did you go through your dealer or are you dealing with someone directly at Sanger?
Scott P hooked me up after I sent him some photos, easy and no hassles. Boats was 2-3 years old at the time, back seat base skin.
Duncan, started with my dealer then was directed to Sanger.
No problem Sparky, I was trying to be a little funny. Just thought it seemed strange to see this problem on some newer boats, and not on my 8 year old...
Chris, no prob, my 94 Sanger had no problems with upholstery either. It was all original.
Thanks Sparky, i have been dealing with my dealer as well, but it may be time to escalate. Its too bad, one of the reasons I bought the sanger was its reputation and customer service, but it appears I may have made a mistake.

and yes, it is funny that it happens on the newer boats. This would suggest problems with materials or workmanship from a certain year forward, so I don't understand how they can turn around and call it "wear and tear". lame.
Do you know if the upholstery has affected any other year besides yours? I have an 06 and have not seen any tears like the ones in your pictures.
I don't know what years are affected by this, just what I have read here. I sent an e-mail to Scott several weeks ago, but I have had no response from him whatsoever.
