take a super mellow seated aproach to the wake, pop, pull the handle into the small of your back after you have left the wake, pass it, and look towards the boat for a stable landing

Do not let go until you have the rope in your other hand! That, and what Caleb said,,,you can still get a progressive edge, but flatten off when you get to the wake.

Don't flatten off. That will throw you off axis. Just set your edge 15-17 feet out, and let that same edge take you all the way to the wake. Keep your elbows tied to your waist.

for some reason i can throw these better backside on the trampoline, i like getting the handle pass over and as i'm coming down i like to pull the rope to make sure i get the full rotation

i'm just gonna try one and a backroll just for the heck of it next time

Kyle, you said you can spin a 540, unless you mean just the trampoline, you are throwing the trick off the wake and you need to wait to get your pop before you initiate the spin. That should help with line tension.

pause briefly before you pull and pass. pop -> pause -> pull -> pass.
