How much does a gallon of gas weigh?

malibuboarder75 08-27-2006 5:34 PM

It is less than water. Water is 8.39 lbs. I want to say gas is around 7.

8.33 lbs is water. <BR>gas varies from 5.8 to 6.3 depending on factors beyond the scope of your question. call it just over 6.
