I was wondering if anyone had any pics of the 2006 X2's wake. I know most of us are wondering what it looks like with the stock sacs and what it might look like all the way weighted down. So does anyone have any pics yet?

There is a guy on here that just bought an '06 X2 and he has some wake pics (just stock ballast). Here is the link to his post.

http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/3183/261740.html?1130272226

My thoughts exactly Mike. Great shape

greenpinky 10-25-2005 3:39 PM

I agree it looks very decent with only stock ballast. The lack of a rooster surprised me though. Anyone else find it odd?

wes_can_riders 10-25-2005 3:50 PM

Looks very good.. the wakeboard school I work for up here is getting one of those next year... we have been running the X1 (old X2) for the past couple years and I love it...

and no I did not find it odd there wasnt't a rooster... most big boats now dont

trojanman 10-25-2005 4:02 PM

im riding behind one this friday.,. were loading the crap out of it too see if it is capable of the sick wake the old X2 used to throw. Ill do my best to try and remember to take pics

It's a Mastercraft......what do you expect? A wake like a Malibu? Just for reference here is the wake from the new 247 stock

Sorry...I had to....you asked for the stock wake and got it and you said "anyothers, it looks a little small."

(Message edited by rson on October 25, 2005)

greatdane 10-25-2005 8:54 PM

What wake is that?

rson 10-25-2005 9:25 PM

The new Malibu 247 totally stock with 2 people

bear 10-25-2005 9:32 PM

Josh please take some pics and let us know how you like it. If could also let me know how much extra weight you used that would be sick. Rich nice wake on the 247!

wakebordr11 10-25-2005 9:51 PM

The new X-2 seems to be slightly smaller but the 247 looks like a very rampy mellow wake stock... The X-2 looks more defined as far as a lip is concerned, what speed is that malibu at? he was at roughly 24 for the pic of the stock wake of the new X-2

by the way, sick trick (ts oa 5?7?) big!

trojanman 10-25-2005 9:57 PM

ill take a ton of pics.. and were running a ton of weight.. ill let you know exactly..

The wakesetter wake is stock? Wow, that looks amazing for a stock wake. Even has a rooster!
