Can someone tell me what pro event was held in Queensland Austraila last month. Unless there are a bunch of them. I read in our local paper here in IL that Mike Van Patten a poster here on WW won the championship for 30-39yr old division. Props to Mike. It said he threw a Tantrum 2 blind, scarecrow, S-bend and a whirley. Pretty nice set for a 31 year old.

Heck no! That's not the Mike from Wonder Lake. Mike VanPatten is a great guy and rides on the Fox River. He is an ambassador of the sport and has an amazing set of tricks - sponsored by 1080 and Munson Marine. He also makes great wakeboard videos under the name "Hydrotherapy". His brother rides pretty good, too.

Here's the article
http://www.nwherald.com/CommunitySection/284543636553506.php
