wheres the best spot to put the trim as low as it can go or what?

depends on the boat

We raise the trim on our boat to creat downpressure. This in turn sinks the back of the boat more and creats a bigger wake. 1995 Bayliner Capri 21ft..

21mph is the average "good speed" for a nice big smooth wake..

If we didn't do this, I would never get enough pop to throw inverts. It makes a difference

On an I/O, put the weight 60/40 (more in front) - the idea is to weight the front down and then use your trim control (and the 40% weight) to pull the stern down...

Wes

that's a great idea, I'm gonna try it on the water tomorrow. I've got a 600# sac that I'll throw in the front. Thanks for the advise

We went out today and gave it a try. It worked very well, nice big wake and the boat didn't perform crappy! Too bad the water sucked so bad!

Thanks for the advise!
