I know most of you guys love them. I have had some problems.

My racks were slipping so I was told to use a larger rubber garment. I stripped the threads on a bolt (my fault of course) so after going to the hardware store and getting a new bolt I did this then I sheered a bolt apparently the ones I got were a bit to long, So back to the store to get shorter bolts and I was tightening the bolt down and the threads stripped out of the brackets.

Has anyone else had similar issues? These are less than a month old. Do you guys think Fusion with warranty them? I need new outside brackets and screws.

Does anyone have a direct number for Fusion or do I have to go through my dealer?
Who did you buy them thru? I can give you the e-mail for the guys at Fusion. I know that you said that they are only a month old but did you happen to get some on close out that may have been last years? I know that the guys at Fusion will hook you up with new ones. Let mne know if you want the e-mail for the guys there.

I got them brand new through Texas MasterCraft. I called them and they just told me to check out a machine shop. They also told me it would be $60 to get 1 new clamp, ouch.

I know they have a one year limited warrenty but I don't know what the covers. An email address of someone would be great. Thanks for the help.
