Guys, I'm about to start refitting my second old boat, in this one I want to put some sort of weighting device under the floor. <BR>I'd appreciate any recomendations, and any diagram I could follow to build the system before i start putting the stringers back on the boat.

is the system described in the semi-automatic ballast system article any good? any opinions?
