Maybe they are too big. Are they less than 150k?
|
theyre around 3MB, so i guess that would be the problem?

open them up in photoshop, resize to 800 width, drop the quality down to around 7, and generally it will work. Use Jpeg too.

I had just thought about this last night while I was uploading a picture of yours.

if i had photoshop, i would try thst. ha

You're in school for photography, how do you not have photoshop?

I don't know other programs to resize images, someone here will tell you...

You don't need to adjust anything in your camera, you just need to edit the photos differently before you upload them onto this site.

here's a free online version of photoshop that should do the trick for web stuff... www.photoshopexpress.com

_________________________________
is there any way that the 150kb limit for uploaded photos can be raised to 200kb or 250kb? I know this may be a rather large request given the amount of photos that are posted, but blaahhhhh!

In addition to Scotts full video editing software, here is a simple free image resizing program.

http://www.vso-software.fr/products/image_resizer/
