any advice. i have some chips from rocks on a channel of the hull. the chips are the size of the tip of your pinky finger or smaller. i figure perhaps a bondo-type product and finger-nail polish to color it (it's used for auto paint matching and i figure i'd find a match).

i dont know if this will help or not but, i went to auto zone and they sale a marine grade epoxy putty that you just mix together in your hand and work into the chip. so far that has held up fine in my hull. also if you go this route use a credit card or some form of straight edge to smooth it in nice.
