were about to but an openbow tristar..can i wakesurf prettyeasily behind it?

you should be able to. I have a tristar, never surfed behind it. But last year I had about 6-700 pounds in the back and 3-400 pounds in the front. I drove at about 10 mph just to see if it would make a nice wake and it was HUGE. thats with weight centered in the back. yea i just unwrapped my LF skimskate and its driving me crazy. I may have to buy a drysuit<img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/proud.gif" border=0>

hows the wakeboard wake on that boat? @21 with 65-70 ft?

I think I needed more weight in the front, but it was nice at a little faster speed. we ride at about 24/25. the wake is really wide, so we usually ride a short line a little faster. I'm plumbing in some ballast and will put more weight in the front.

I don't know... You could clear it wake to wake, if that helps.. I have some pics on my camera that I'm going to transfer pretty soon, so I should be able to send you a couple. <BR>
