Ryan you might want to put too much weight in that thing last picture I saw of lake lanier it was damn near empty. Hope things are filling back up. Its a beautiful lake.

Kyle,
You put all the weight in the 205v hull X-star? That's over 3000lbs. I've had close to 2k in mine before and it was pretty nice. Can't imagine what 3K+ looks like...plus the passengers?

lrbs_xstar 05-01-2008 6:54 PM

yeah, wow kyle thats alottt of weight for an 01. it only weighs a lil over 3000 itself. ive had about 2000 in mine and its nice,id love to ride your setup

I had an 01 star and this is how i weighted it
550's in the vdrive compartment
1000 pound sac on the floor
550 in the nose walkway with a 300 on top of that
Ballast=
Best wake out there

agreed, I'm at a little over 2k lbs and it's all hidden and fixed in place. I think my wife and passengers would be annoyed with stepping over sacs and taking the extra time to fill them up and empty them.
