its not really a problem but my engine last season had a nice "clean" sound and no rattle...the past few times the engine has been sounding more deeper and not as "clean". I'm not a mechanic so im just looking to see if this is normal or if i should have it checked out..thanks alot

Make sure your prop isn't damaged. A little damage can really change the way the boat handles/sounds in my opinion.
