What are you looking for in a board? send you up in the air or send you out in the flats?

check out the dimented board by Obrien.. top notch board.. I love mine.. does a little of both. you can get pretty good deals on them.. also the natural is really nice to. Demo the boards before you buy and buy what you like not based on whats on sale.

(Message edited by extremeisaac on May 07, 2007)

(Message edited by extremeisaac on May 07, 2007)

I have a 2005 oasis 142 and used it for my first season witht he link bindings. The board itself was alright, the 2005 is the same as the 2006 but i'm not sure about the 2007. The board is light but that because its not made the greatest, i have chips on the ends from just setting it on cement.

Stay away from the link bindings that are packaged with the board

My 2005 hyperlite murray has way better construction and i like it. Just keep looking for 2006 gear at %50 off or even the packages of the nicer CWB's and stuff at 35% for 2007.

It may be alittle too advanced for you. How is your form?
