Epic wakeboats~still in business?
 

Hi all does anyone know if Epic are still making wakeboats? Their website only has bay boats. Chris is who is sometimes on the forums said Epic was still making wakeboats & coming out with a bigger model soon but I havent heard from Chris for sometime. Anyone heard anything?

Yes their newest model coming out is called the 23v Submarine Edition. It has ballast bags than can also fill with air to bring the boat back up to the surface. The only bad thing I heard about this new model is the stereo is not as good as their past models.

So they are selling a boat and assume it will sink and have to be brought back up to surface? What do you do, go down with scuba gear go blow up the bags with air to bring the boat back to surface after you sink it and is the engine also sealed somehow so being sunk does not ruin it! Dumbest thing I have ever heard...luckily I am just smart enough to smell this line of BS.

One of the most popular options on this new Epic is a Periscope that drops down from the tower. I heard it is voice activated so you don't take your hands off the steering wheel. You just yell out, "Periscope down", and wallah, there you have it! it goes down just like the boat does.

One of the new pro wakeboarder that is super hot on the wakeboard seen just got sponsored by Epic, Kelsey Grammer. His friends call him "KG". He is older but i heard really good.

The boat is also the only wakeboard boat on the market with a fish finder. I am sure that option pleases the fishermen. Epic might have gone too far on that option. That's my opinion anyway. I mean a fish finder, come on! Lame.
