Vegas....again.

I've posted before and sure I could seach, but who doesn't love to talk about vegas....

I leave out there on the 11th and am leaving the 18th.... only thing that is for sure going to happen is some sort of Miss America meet-n-greet party on Friday night (fiance's nonsense that I have to be there for)..... other than that, no plans.

Best to-dos:
best bang for the buck fun:
Best food:
best bang for the buck food:
Any little secrets/tips on getting free stuff or something:
.... and are any other wakeworlders going to be out there?

Thanks everyone!

What's the building that you can jump off the top of? That looks crazy. I'd probably try that next time in Vegas.

Maybe go shoot machine guns. There's a range that rents them by the shot.

"What's the building that you can jump off the top of?" Stratosphere.

I'm booking a trip here soon. Staying at Aria this time for sure. Like the crowd there, and the shops, and the margaritas, and the corner suites!

My favorite steak joint is the Cut at Palazzo. I also love the Mexican spot on the canal at Venetian for Lunch. Inexpense, great setting, awesome food.

I love Ceasars for shopping around while I drink.

I usually like to check out a show. Zoomanity was pretty damn good. Little drink, little nakedness, but still classy and entertaining.

Monte Carlo has a sick pool area for day time fun.

There are some awesome zipline places just out of town than have pretty insane setups.

Helicopter rides? Rent a Lambo? :-)

For Tacos/Margaritas there is a place in the Flamingo that has like $1 tacos and $1margaritas almost all day/night. Perfect drunk munchie night cap....

My roomie and I were going to do this to go out to the Hoover Dam - he has never seen it... anyway, we opted for one we could bring the girls with - but on the way out there we see a Lambo blow by us - we were at like 75 and they had to be at least 100+ .... sure enough like 3 miles later we see cops on the side of the road, guess who they pulled over?... that lambo.

We just went to vegas for our anniversary about three weeks ago. Great time! I will do a little write up later, but I will say now if you are gonna get a corner suite at aria, pay the extra 25 or 30 bucks a night and get the city view. It was awsome well worth it. One thing to consider is if you can get a deal and get into the sky suites do it. Free exclusive lounge with top shelve drinks and snacks. With drink being 15 bucks a pop if you pay for them at a bar there it adds up quick. Also with the sky suites you get free limo pick up and drop off from the air port. I will post some pics from our corner suite later.

Best bang for your buck food that I found was RA Sushi at the fashion show mall across from the Wynn. They have happy hour from 3-7pm and quite a lot of the food is 50% off duringt this time. I believe they had some drinks as well. The food was great and my wife and I ended up eatting there twice as it was probably one of the cheapest best meals we had when we were down last year. The one day we stuffed our face and had some drinks and the bill was on $ 50.00. I'm heading to Vegas on Saturday and that is the one place we are deheading to right away.

I'll have to pass on the 1$ margaritas! That sounds like a lot of concentrated Sweet and Sour heartburn. lol

Try the Margarita Primo at Bellagio or Aria. Not cheap, but by far the best Margarita I've ever had.

Aight....I 'm booking Aria for Sept 1-4. Taking my wife to see Sade and John Legend and MGM Garden Arena on Sept 3rd.

I will be in Vegas April 18th-22nd. Hoping for a ride if possible if any WW riders offer.... hint hint....
Plan on a good dinner @ King's Fish House @ Green Valley Ranch. Likely gamble @ one of the Station Casinos.
Had a good time @ Harah's Toby Keith Restaurnat last time I was there and the wife liked their flare bar...
Already done the helicopter ride, Hoover Dam tour, shoped the outlet malls, spent a crap load @ Bass Pro and seen the Cirque shows. Not into strip clubs but would like to find something different to do if anybody has suggestions. Is "World Famous Pawn" worth a trip to see ?
Any locals know of a place to get show tickets reasonable as the wife wants to see Terry Fador....

Any help appreciated.
Rick

Here are a few pics from the corner suite at aria. Definately my favorite hotel. I thought the cosmo was cool too. And third would be the venetian. I am going back to vegas next week for work. But I am staying a Harrahs, definately not my first choice.
