Sorry I know this has been covered before (couldn't find anything using search) but my brother broke the end of his 08 Response last week so I told him to fill out the warranty request form on their website but he hasn't heard anything back. Is there anyone I can e-mail directly to get this taken care of? I have heard nothing but good things about Slingshot's warranty department so I was a bit surprised when he said he hadn't gotten a response from them. <BR> <BR>Thanks for the help.

Look for Kyle Chinn(sp) on here. He will makes sure you are taken care of. Slingshot is great about this..............

Yup, call them up, do the warranty extension, Kyle is the guy you'll speak to, he will help you out for sure.
