Every year we do this - get towed using a wakeboard rope at 21 mph, then to a whip and surf at probably close to 30 mph. <IMG SRC="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/happy.gif" ALT=":-)" BORDER=0> It's a blast. <BR> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/559019/597906.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/559019/597907.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/559019/597908.jpg" alt="Upload"> <BR> <BR>Getting whipped <IMG SRC="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/clipart/happy.gif" ALT=":-)" BORDER=0> <BR> <BR><img src="http://www.wakeworld.com/MB/Discus/messages/559019/597909.jpg" alt="Upload">

I did that recently at Shasta on our Walzer. It was the first time, and it was a blast. Definately a different ride. I bet different boards would definately handle differently doing this. Feels like this board was definately designed for slower speeds though. Will be trying it again sometime soon.
