I know a lot of the new LF foot beds are canted, but I was curious if anyone knows if the transits have the canted foot beds. Also curious about what people think of this idea. I'd do almost anything to help protect my bust a$$ knees. I rode the Alphas with the new foot beds and was stoked. Just wondering if it is worth the step up to the Transits.

I have not ridden or tried on the Alphas, but I can tell you that the Transits are very cushy with the air cell footbed. The heel pockets are great too. I took a hard, flat landing from about 5 feet while stiff legged and while it was abrupt, it didn't drive my legs real hard. It is difficult for me to tell you if it's worth an additional $129 bones. I think that has to do with how much disposable income you have and how much more you like the design of the Transit as compared to the Alpha, because I have no personal experience with the Alpha. I do hear a lot of people say they like it. But I really like my Transits, and I have ridden the high end Hyperlites for comparison.

Eric
