I'm leaving for Havasu this week and am wondering what the water temp is. Coloradoriverinfo.com says it is 65. I have found in the past it is never right. Has anyone been out there in the past week or two? Is anyone planning to go this weekend?

I just got back from Havasu - the water temp varies depending on what part you're in. Up in the channel it's probably about 61, farther south it was about 65. We trunked it all weekend without any problems but we only rode south of Copper Canyon.
65 Is good for me! I wanted to go next month and was bummed I can't get a small houseboat. Anyone know of any. Bill where did you stay?

You're right not to trust Col. Riv. info. According to them the water temp out there is always comfortable!
We'll be at LH next Tues-Fri.
