40 years after catching my last wave i've once again surfed without a rope. Went out with Jeff(surfdad) today and first time with a properly weighted boat was able to let go of the rope and ride at will. I rode a 5'10" Shred Stixx, though a big board I do weigh 285. Thanks again to the Walker family you made it easy.
