anybody used the new vapor (lime green) or the old one (blackish?) or any other vests. my uncle is doing a job for them and hes getting 50 percent off. do those ncga vests float you? will it float me on falls or will i just drown lol

I just bought the black and orange and the snap that should hold the zipper closed barley latches. it opens up every time I fall. <BR> <BR>ugh

well, when it unzips, it easily comes off, so I'd say it floats me pretty poorly.

Trying mine out for the first time tomorrow, hope I don't have the unzipping problem.

i have the '07 version i believe, and it floats me about like a jetpilot A-10, which is not bad, but if you were knocked unconcious, it probably wouldn't float your head above water. <BR> <BR>(Message edited by owenitall on June 23, 2009)

wes, does yours unzip all the way? bg finally updated their web page, and it looks like the ones they have there zip down, not up, and dont unzip totally. cant tell if its just an artists picture or not.

mine unzips all the way, and zips from the bottom up
