so i got a cassette wakeskate, 42", and i wanted to make a bi-level out of it, but i got 2 questions, one, how would i make the mold and press for the top deck, and two, most bi-levels have a square metal peice in the middle to attach the boards, i was wondering if just a square wood peice would work, if someone could give mne some suggestion and answers thad be great, or iof someone could make a thread all on how to make your own skate

a square piece of wood would not work, and they are called trucks (the metal things) i would recommend buying a bi-level instead

take a look at this: http://www.wakeskating.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2317&start=0

you can pretty much make a jig/mold into the shape of what u want the top deck to be. Just an idea.

they are actually risers, not trucks.
