I have a room for rent short-term if anyone is coming to Orlando for a couple months. Available now. On Clear Lake, I have a Malibu Wakesetter VLX you can ride behind. Asking $500/month including utilities. Master bedroom with attached bathroom, not currently furnished, but I could probably throw a futon and tv in the room.
