Finally Fedor has lost. Now we can quit with all the nonsense about him being able to beat all the top UFC heavy's. He has a remarkable career, a great record, but against far less competition than in the ufc. Now who cares about Fedor/Lesner?

On another note, Cung Le - Looked real strong. I can easily seem him in the middle/upper back of ufc.

Did you see the fight? Sounds like he just got over aggressive and got caught. I still think the best heavyweight will be decided this weekend. I am a little concerned I heard Lesnar isn't even 265 right now. I like Lesnar but I think Carwin is going to pound him!

Yhea I Saw it and he definitely got caught. He had werdum rocked. it's been so long since he has been challenged he forgot Ground and Pound 101 - If you are ground and pounding a very high ranking BJJ artist - you will get arm-bared.

I would agreed a top 5 heavyweight still. Let's just think him against carwin, lenser or De Santos. I think he would struggle with all of them. It's not like he is super fast, good on the ground or proven in the clinch. Carwin or lesner could easily grind him. Heck I think carwin could go toe to toe with him.

I think this is the best thing that could have happened. Now he really may fight in the UFC or at least co-promote. Also leaves the door open for Allistar and Silva in that division. We may actually see a few heavyweight fights a year this way.

The loss will probably help Fedor,you can learn a lot from a loss.

I feel the same way about Cung Le,always superior against inferior competition.
He'd get crushed against any mw who is on his way up the ladder imo.
