I have a two bar handle. will this help me spin faster and make it easier?

two bar? like a wrap handle?

yea it has the main bar and then a second little bar in the front.

i would recomend not using the wrap handle, it will only teach you bad habits and if you wrap up you will be doing a backside spin which is more difficult than a frontside spin. for your first 360 i would go for a heelside frontside 3.
