I talked to the guy at the yard &amp; the gray one came off the trailer &amp; rolled. I think the blue one was stolen, &amp; is missing the engine, drive, rudder, &amp; shaft. The blue one also has some damage to the transom under the exhaust ports. It would take a few bucks to repair, but might be worth it if you buy it cheap enough.
