The Natural is faster and worked better for me also.

I love them both! Currently I ride the Player 143 I rode the natural for a season, but this last year i moved back to the "OG" Player its great for my style!

i read in the board review section that the Natty retails for $480! i'm hoping this is a mis-print. Andy, do you happen to know if this is what they are really going to sell for???

They always inflate the hell out of prices in that. I would expect the house to carry them for more like 350 pre-season, 300 buy mid season.

good deal. i 'bout shat myself when i first saw that. i thought maybe Liquid Force or Hyperlite started making the Natty instead of Obrien.

I used to ride the 138 player as well and loved it. Now, I like how the 139 natural sits a little higher and releases a bit quicker. Either way, the styles are somewhat similar with the natural being a bit more agressive. Can't go wrong with Obrien!

you will not be disappointed with the Natural, the board rocks! i plan on getting another one this season. i cannot speak for the Player...never ridden it.

I love the Player (w/o center fins) but the Natty is pretty bad ass
