I am looking at buying a house in the immediate future. The house I am looking at only has a one stall garage (will build 2 stall eventually) but for now, I am trying to determine if the current garage will work for my boat.

I have an ‘07 VLX with an Extreme trailer. What I need to know, is the width & length of the trailer and the height of the boat with the tower down.

Normally I would measure myself but my boat is in storage about 50 miles away. Thanks for your help.

I'm pretty sure it's 9' wide and 6'10 with tower down on regular tandem extreme trailer.

07 VLX swing away tongue w power wedge about 24' long with out power wedge about 22' taking the swim platform off. If you pull the guides off the trailer and have no board racks on you might be able to fit it through a 8' 6" opening. Can't remember right off hand.
Buying a house is a major purchase take the 50 mile trip and varify the size of the boat and trailer.

I have an '07 VLX on an Extreme trailer that I can just barely squeeze in my garage.
My garage dimensions-
8'-11" Wide
7'-0" Tall
23'-0" Long
The length is not an issue with the manual wedge but you definitely have to take the platform off. I probably have just less than 1' to spare.
The guides must come off in my situation to fit the width. I have about 1.5" on both sides of the trailer of additional space.
I have to take the tow ball off the tower (Illusion) to make it under 7'. This is probably the tightest with only .5" to spare. Almost forgot... the trailer was lowered about 1.5" to make it happen.
My driveway slopes down from the street then it flattens out on the bottom.
When I was boat shopping garage fitment was a huge concern of mine. I finally went for it about a month ago planning on having to use outside storage. Luckily I managed to jam it in!
Good Luck!
