if a mainline is 100% spectra does that mean it is ALWAYS definitely non-stretch? and...does anyone use a "Rip Cord" brand wakeboard rope? what do you think of it? any opinions/help appreciated...thanks!

I bought some "shoestring" Spectra line when we first started and it's the only thing I havn't replaced, stuff just won't die. Definitely hasn't ever stretched.

ok thanks sparky jay!

so...i'm looking at a rope that is 16 strand hollow braid spectra with uv resistant urethane coating, tensile strenth 3300lbs. would this be a good non-stretch rope for me to get? i'm using a regular ski rope now and want to make the switch so any info would be great! thanks again!

I just bought a Hardline brand spectra line from bartswatersports.com for $50, regular $79. It's a pretty good rope for the price.
