Winch and Wakeboarding

Hey guys, I am doing a school project on how the winch has impacted the sport of wakeboarding. If you would like to share their thoughts or ideas on this topic, or maybe a little about the history of the winch, personal experiences, etc., I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for any help you might be willing to lend.

it has given new riders the opportunity for proper exposure because they drop off of some water fall, sometimes even grabbing or spinning

the first winch for wakeskating was produced by rewind, which is tony robinson's company. he and thomas horrell are the ones who conceptualized purposing a winch for wakeskating. the first winching footage was also in sfumato, cassette's second wakeskate film.
