Brid, there are a lot of factors when it comes to getting the best pop off of the wake. Head over to KneeboardWorld.com and read some articles there.

http://www.kneeboardworld.com

getting more people on the boat or getting a fatsak always helps get a bigger wake

I have an old HO 540 and can do a pile of flips and spins.... just load the line like you would on a wakeboard

I ride an old board. My problem is: do I have enough guts to load up the line enough to get enough pop? If I do, I get plenty of pop. The most pop I ever got was when I did an ole way outside the wake and then proceeded to jump the wake. What a terrible crash!

i have a 2009 joker and it works like a charm

brandonkneeboarder 04-06-2010 5:25 PM

a trick u could use is to not be afraid to cut hard

brandonkneeboarder 04-06-2010 5:25 PM

and then u even out as u hit the wake

brandonkneeboarder 04-06-2010 5:26 PM

so that u are able to get lift and pop up just enoufe to go wake to wake

brandonkneeboarder 04-06-2010 5:27 PM

u have to play with it a bit so that u dont under or over shoot it to

brandonkneeboarder 04-06-2010 5:28 PM

the angle at wich u cut all depends on the kneebourd and your wait
