buying a 205. any ideas on ballast?

also anybody out there with a 205 with a tower, what kind and do you like it?

My friend had a Prostar 205 DD and we put 500# in front and back, plus 500# on each side of motorbox and the wake was sweet!

I have a '93 205 with a boss tower. Check my profile pic. I just put in a ballast system this summer. about 1000 lbs. in back and 450 or so up front. I haven't got to ride with it weighted like that yet, though.

Jason, What year 205? I have a 00 205 and just added an 02 Zeroflex Sat. I've been thinking about ballast, and may go w/ 500# in the locker, and hopefully 1000# in the rear storage compartment. Still working out the details. Justin, nice ride, looks great!

Jason, I have a '97 205 DD, and here's how we loaded it this past weekend...350 lbs of led and 400# fat sac in the back (750 lbs total), and 300lbs of led in the bow. It was beautiful!

simple...buy a fat seat and the wake'll be perfect!
