I heard they are not making the 3ds series in 2008 <BR> <BR>i sent back a pair of 07 3ds's and hyperlite said they were sending me a pair of new 08's. <BR>anyone know what they might be sending me?

they just aren't called the 3ds's anymore, but the binding is exactly the same...cant think of the new name off hand

they are called the atlas they are identicle to the 06 07 3ds but black and a reptile print were the cross hatch use to be. they have also apparently delt with the material blow out issue but not sure about that one

yea the new atlas(3ds) are almost identical to the 07's. they are going to be the high end of the low end bindings. the new byerly and murrays are unreal

I just checked the RA# on mine and they will actually give you a choice of what binding you want to go with sice they are out of stock on th '07
