Looks like a great setup. I didn't know much about the district, but I do know a lot about the other Ronix stuff so I did some reading on it. It looks like they pretty much took the one and the viva and mixed them together, and added molded fins. It is a hybrid continuous like the Viva but has more of the One tip/tail. I would definitely say go for it. It will be a very predictable board with good speed and decent pop with soft landings. The bindings are top of the line bindings for an OT and will work for you really well. Personally I wouldn't ride the center fins, it will be to sticky on the water with the size and placement of the molded fins, and will also teach you to use your edges better. Enjoy it and let us know how it rides if you get it.
